Job Description
This company is looking for a VDC/BIM Manager to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You'll be focused on mission-critical data center projects, playing a key role in coordinating MEP/FP systems from preconstruction through to completion. This involves leading coordination meetings, managing clash detection using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and ensuring models are up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex MEP infrastructure, high-density systems, and redundancy strategies, with experience in data center environments being a significant plus. You should be proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills to drive issue resolution across various stakeholders.
