This includes leading project teams, overseeing technical documentation, and managing client relationships to translate their needs into creative architectural solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, resource supervision, and coordinating project timelines. A key part of the role involves liaising with clients, leading meetings, and ensuring projects meet all regulatory standards and technical specifications. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time and within budget, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, with at least 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or similar complex projects. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM is required, along with fluent French and English. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail are also important.
