The company is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team. This is a fully remote position, offering a great opportunity to work on large-scale mechanical projects, primarily focusing on hydronic piping for mission-critical and life sciences construction.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading BIM coordination efforts, ensuring accurate model delivery from design through fabrication and field installation. You'll manage clash detection, support prefabrication, and contribute to constructability reviews, all while mentoring junior team members and helping to refine BIM standards.
This position requires 8-12 years of BIM/VDC experience, with a strong background in coordinating hydronic piping systems. Proficiency in Revit and fabrication coordination workflows is essential, as is experience working with fabrication and field teams.
