Job Description
The company is looking for a Studio BIM Leader in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves guiding project teams to enhance quality, consistency, and productivity through Building Information Modelling (BIM). You'll be working strategically with the Digital BIM Team to shape and implement BIM standards, tools, and workflows.
This position requires advanced Revit skills, strong technical judgment, and the ability to support adoption across the studio. It's a studio-wide role focused on developing standards, providing training, ensuring model quality, and supporting effective project delivery. You will also mentor Project BIM Leaders and teams, and help develop advanced tools to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of architecture experience, a degree in Architecture or equivalent, and proven experience with Revit on large, complex projects. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in Dynamo and pyRevit.
