Job Description
This company, a well-established real estate developer in Egypt since 1980, is looking for a Senior Design Management Engineer to join their team. You'll be based on-site in Qesm El Obour, overseeing the design process for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure designs meet all technical, regulatory, and budget requirements. This includes reviewing drawings, leading meetings, managing changes, and maintaining proper documentation. You'll also contribute to risk assessments and value engineering efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management within the construction or real estate sectors, with experience in large-scale projects. Proficiency in design and coordination tools like Revit and AutoCAD, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, is essential. A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
