Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Office Director for building projects in El Salvador. This role involves leading the technical coordination of several strategic projects, reporting to the Country Manager. You will be the main technical point of contact in the country, managing between five and six simultaneous projects such as hospitals, schools, and hotels.
Your responsibilities will include leading multidisciplinary design and coordination meetings, acting as the direct liaison with the local Ministry, and overseeing all technical documentation, planning, and execution. A key part of the role is ensuring technical consistency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be an Architect, Building Engineer, or Surveyor with over eight years of experience in technical office roles for building projects. Prior experience in technical coordination, with a focus on buildings rather than civil works, is essential. Strong communication skills for institutional interaction and a global perspective are also required, along with the willingness to relocate to El Salvador.
