This company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their vertical division in Concord, North Carolina. You'll be in charge of managing all project administration, making sure all project details are accurate and communicated effectively to everyone involved. The role involves creating preliminary schedules, setting up projects by reviewing contracts and budgets, and tracking all submittals and purchase orders. You'll also be responsible for project takeoffs, developing comprehensive project plans with the team, and compiling daily job cost reports to keep everything aligned with the budget. Creating change orders and managing project closeouts are also key parts of this position. Ideally, you'll have over 5 years of project management experience with a Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor, specifically on structural concrete projects valued over $1 million. Familiarity with commercial and industrial projects, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
