Job Description
The company is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of a major $3 billion+ project in London, Ontario, Canada. This role involves overseeing all aspects of construction, acting as the main point of contact for any issues, and leading a team of consultants and multiple general contractors.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards, while also managing risks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and interface management skills are key to coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
This opportunity requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10-20 years of experience, ideally in large-scale manufacturing or construction projects. If you have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and are ready for a significant leadership challenge, this could be the role for you.
