Job Description
This role involves creating and managing 3D electrical models for construction projects, ensuring everything aligns with project schedules and field needs. You'll work closely with project managers and other trades to coordinate models and resolve any clashes that arise.
The position also includes developing 2D CAD drawings for prefabrication and creating accurate as-built models. You'll be involved in project meetings, contributing to the resolution of field and model issues, and maintaining project documentation.
Additionally, you'll help improve modeling efficiency by creating custom Revit families and templates, and by suggesting process improvements. A strong understanding of Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is essential, along with good communication and organizational skills.
