Job Description
The company is seeking a Design Manager to oversee all design aspects for a range of real estate projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the entire design process, from initial concepts and master planning to detailed design, approvals, and construction support.
The successful candidate will lead internal design teams and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and government authorities. This position requires a strong understanding of various design disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and interior design, as well as experience in value engineering and risk management. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with Revit and MS Project being beneficial.
