Job Description
This role is for a Senior Design Manager based in Dublin, Ireland. You'll be responsible for leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex, high-value engineering projects, particularly in the data centre sector. This involves managing the entire design process from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, and overseeing programme and risk.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, building relationships and leading project meetings. The position offers exposure to global projects and diverse delivery models. While you'll work autonomously, there's support from senior management for your professional growth.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or Architecture, chartered status or be working towards it, and 6-8 years of experience leading design projects. A strong understanding of RIBA Stages 0-5 and experience coordinating international teams and consultants are essential. Familiarity with data centre MEP systems and related disciplines is also required.
