Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior MEP Engineer to join their team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. You'll be responsible for overseeing all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on construction projects, from the initial installation right through to the final handover. This involves coordinating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include reviewing drawings and technical documents, supervising site installations to make sure they meet project specifications, and keeping a close eye on progress, materials, and manpower. You'll also be involved in testing, commissioning, and resolving any technical issues that pop up, all while ensuring compliance with local standards and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of solid experience in MEP contracting and site execution, specifically within building construction projects. A good grasp of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. If you have a background in construction project delivery and enjoy hands-on site work, this could be a great fit.
