Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Design Manager and Team Leader with a focus on HVAC and Cleanroom projects. The role involves leading a team of design engineers and drafters, with a strong emphasis on conceptual and basic design. You'll be interacting with project teams, consultants, and vendors, and sector-specific knowledge in areas like pharmaceuticals, food, and electronics is key.
The position requires a solid understanding of industry codes and standards, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for 3D coordination. You'll be responsible for integrated design leadership, basic and detailed engineering, cost and energy efficiency, and managing drawings and BOMs. Experience with heat load estimation, psychrometric analysis, and equipment selection for HVAC systems is essential.
