Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced MEP Team Leader to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering efforts, particularly within the water and wastewater sector.
You'll be responsible for managing a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring all project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements. This includes reviewing engineering designs, coordinating with various disciplines and clients, and managing technical interfaces to resolve any design issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in areas like power distribution, HVAC, pumping systems, and piping. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 15 years of experience, including significant leadership roles, are essential.
