Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior HVAC Operations Manager to join a complex healthcare redevelopment project. This role involves providing technical expertise and leadership for all HVAC aspects, from design through to commissioning and handover. You'll be managing site teams, reviewing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
This position requires extensive experience in MEP construction, particularly within large-scale, complex healthcare projects. A strong understanding of P3 and DBFM delivery models is essential, along with proven ability to manage significant MEP contracts and lead multidisciplinary teams.
