Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex mechanical construction projects in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction to turnover, including financial management, client relations, and team leadership.
You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the growth of the mechanical construction division. Strong knowledge of HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and controls, along with experience in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, is essential.
